Design & Quoting

We work with our clients to gather the essential information regarding their space within the show. After determining needs and wants, our team creates a 3D booth drawing to meet the requirements. From here we make adjustments to find the best design for the show. Whether it be a 10’ x 10’ exhibition space or 50’ x 100’, we will have a design and plan of action to accomplish a successful exhibition.

Pre-Show Services

After contract approval, all components are manufactured, picked, prepped, and packed in our facility. Artwork files are gathered from clients and we offer artwork editing as well. We handle the printing of all images for the exhibit. Client’s product, advertising material, can be shipped to us ahead of time. This ensures products will arrive in our wooden crate system instead of being delivered separately from the booth. Once completed, booths are shipped to their final destination being the advanced freight warehouse or show site.

Show Services

ESI personnel travels to show site to oversee the construction of the exhibit booths as our client’s ‘Exhibitor Appointed Contractor’. We supervise union labor as well as our own depending on the city to assemble the booth as quickly as possible. We act as a ‘third party’ to manage all dealings with the general contractor as well as the convention center service items regarding our client’s exhibition. We are on site each morning to inspect the booth and to greet our clients before a successful show day.  

Post Show Services

Booths are disassembled at show close. We can assist in the packing of client materials and either ship them to our facility or directly back to the client from the convention center. Booths are then stored in our warehouse ready to start the process again.
